Love2shop Business looks back on a fantastic 2019

by

Between our three divisions – Love2shop Business, Highstreetvouchers.com and Park Christmas Savings – we’re a pretty Christmas-y company.

Which makes us something of a sucker for a wistful, only slightly self-indulgent end-of-year reflection on what happened during the year.

And what a fantastic year it’s been for Love2shop Business to look back on.

Shout is flourishing

Make a recognitionOur social recognition platform, Shout, has thrived in 2019. We’ve taken on clients in sectors like tech, hospitality, care and finance.

We’re hearing great things about how our clients’ staff are recognising achievements and contributions on Shout. It brings us great joy to know our software is helping build and grow their company culture.

We’re shaking up incentives and loyalty

The Engage platform, our rewards and loyalty system, was relaunched earlier this year after a huge upgrade.

The old core of points banking is still there, but the new system has a whole new ecosystem of features. It’s one of the most flexible and powerful systems for rewarding and incentivising staff we’ve seen, and we’re incredibly excited to share it with our customers.

One of our biggest clients in the reseller sector has already migrated to the new system, and their customers are having a great time with the improved features and rewards system.

Chris Hartley opened a new chapter after Love2shop

Our long-serving managing director, Chris Hartley, stepped down after nearly 13 years at the helm of Love2shop Business Services. As we’ve said before, our B2B division was founded under under Chris’ leadership, going from just a voucher to the multi-reward, multi-platform offering we provide today.

[Frank Creighton], previously of Malvern Group, Tuxedo Money Solutions and Co-operative Legal Services, has taken over as Sales Director. Frank has already had a positive impact on the Love2shop Business team, and we’re all looking forward to what the future holds for our division and wider organisation.

The £1 Love2shop Voucher retired

After decades as one of the core products for Love2shop Business, Highstreetvouchers.com and Park Christmas Savings, the £1 denomination of Love2shop Vouchers has retired. Don’t worry, though, our larger voucher denominations are still available.

We paid tribute to the voucher, and took a positive look at how our product range is developing elsewhere, in a blog earlier in the year.

Our team expanded

During 2019 we welcomed a few new faces to the Love2shop Business team. They joined our Business Development, Corporate Care and Finance teams. And they’re quickly turning into familiar, treasured members of the Love2shop team. Some of them you’ve already left glowing reviews about on Trustpilot.

We can’t for wait for 2020

2019 has been an incredible year for Love2shop Business. We can’t wait to come back for 2020.

We hope you’ll be here for another landmark year together!
